There is a game at Timperley on Sat 4th June 16.00 vs ‘The Expendables’. This is a touring side from London who have asked Timperley to get out a team to play them.

At great cost I have persuaded the organiser of this prestigious fixture to extend an invitation to all of us to play ….  ??

Although not an ‘official’ aardvark match and sadly no caps will be awarded, it is a run out…a sort of ‘breadstick’ to our ‘penne arrabiata’ you might say, later in the month..
